Our exchange, return, and refund policy is governed by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users in force in Spain. All customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to return a product or exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to justify the reason. For the return to be valid, the item must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with its original tags, and in suitable packaging that guarantees its protection. Intimate use products or products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold, cannot be returned.

Size or product changes can also be requested within 14 calendar days, provided the items meet the above conditions and there is stock availability. If the change is not possible, it will be processed as a return. Shipping costs associated with both the return of the product and a new shipment in case of exchange will always be borne by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

In the case of refunds, they will be processed once the returned items have been received and reviewed. If the return is accepted, the amount of the product will be refunded using the same payment method used in the purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except when the error is ours or the product is defective. When a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must notify us within the first 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs. In these cases, we will assume all collection and replacement costs; if there is no stock available, a full refund will be issued.
